SKID ROW guitarist Scotti Hill is featured in a new interview with Australia's Pro Music Photography. An excerpt is available below:

Q: Considering it’s been almost three years now, I would imagine you are writing new material and would have the wheels in motion for the next album?

Hill: "Yeah, we haven’t sat down and recorded anything yet, but we have sat down and worked out some ideas and just played them on a hand held recorder. Everybody’s writing and we’re getting into that mindset but we’re very slow, we’re very lazy. Once the wheels get in motion we’ll all probably fly out to Atlanta spend a week or two up there come home, go back up there do it again, we’re all living in different cities, which can make it difficult at times."

Q: For all artists, photo shoots are just as important as doing music videos, you have been involved in many shoots over the years, do you enjoy that side of the business and of all the shoots you have done is there any one shoot that stands out as the best for you?

Hill: "No, I don’t like shooting videos at all and what I said about the camera… I’m talking about live onstage. Standing in a studio and trying to look cool in front of a backdrop is not one of my favorite things either. That whole side of it is work to me rather than playing guitar and having fun but it’s essential. I never liked making videos; it’s just too much waiting around and waiting some more!"
