Swedish metallers SCARPOINT recently entered Stockholm's Fear & Loathing Studio (owned by members of MESHUGGAH and CLAWFINGER) to begin recording their as-yet-untitled second album.

Produced by Jocke Skog of CLAWFINGER and SCARPOINT, the CD is tentatively due in early 2010.

A new studio update from drummer Eric Thyselius reads: "Today, Tuesday, I got really irritated when we were about to take the commuter to the studio and say two you guys around 14 years of age, smoking and beating up a snack stand and trying to intimidate people.

What irritates me is: The thing about majority of Swedish brat wannabie kids is that they follow any trend that some, "I know about fashion" guy, say is cool. And the fasion right now I will not even go in to but I'm so tired of all the so called gangs, they and their attitude towards people. All I can say is, respect yourself, try to be yourself and wear whatever, look however you want, not what some other "money making sitting behind a desk on a fashion tabloid and try to affect insecure young people " idiot thinks.

Fuck, I'm so tired of all the trends. This is one of the reasons why so many kids get bullied in schools today, for not following the latest trend, not listening to the right music or simply just being themselves and not caring about what is cool to wear or how to look. It's the inside of each one of us that will make a diffrence in the long run. So take care of each other, and defend the weak and don't fall for the mass-psychosis that are created by a bunch morons!!

This affected me during the day and I got more and more irritated the more I thought about it. I took some pictures of the lads but after thinking about it, I will not post them here. Insted I leave you with a picture of Henke just before he started tracking today.
