MELDRUM, featuring ex-STRAPPING YOUNG LAD drummer Gene Hoglan, will be live on Pirate Cat Radio 87.9 FM in San Francisco today (September 27th) at 4:00pm PST. Go to this location for more information or click here to tune in.
As previously reported, Meldrum are previewing two full songs from their upcoming album, Lifer on their official MySpace Page. 'A Toast For Romance' and 'Blackened Blue' are currently streaming at this location.
Lifer will be available for purchase through iTunes starting in October. More information will be revealed soon.
Meldrum completed writing and recording the band's album with drummer Gene Hoglan, along with the new lineup Michele Madden (vocals) and Laura Christine (bass) last November. The surviving band members plan to release album tracks during the tour in tribute to their fallen bandmate, Michelle Meldrum, who died from a cystic growth on her brain.
