hot flashes news pelican

In anticipation of the release of their fourth full length, What We All Come To Need, PELICAN will celebrate with an in-store performance at Reckless Records in Chicago, followed by an album listening party on October 16th at 11:30 PM at Kuma's Corner, a renowned restaurant/bar responsible for dozens of burgers named for fellow members of the metal pantheon.

Here they'll unleash the Pelican Burger; a ten ounce kobe beef patty, with pan seared scallops and lardons, in a garlic white wine sauce on top of a parmesan crisp, and served with white wine-garlic aioli!

Pelican are also pleased to announce several more in-store appearances along the way when they hit the road this month. This is a great opportunity to see the band for free in a intimate setting! The US tour kicks off on October 18th, alongside label mates BLACK COBRA.

Additionally it should be noted that pre-orders for the new album will begin online this Tuesday, October 13th at the Southern Lord website as well as on Pelican’s own webstore (http://bluecollardistro.com/pelican) exclusive content will be available from both to celebrate this monumental release including a special mailorder-only double disc version.

Pelican's fourth full-length release What We All Come To Need will be released by Southern Lord on October 27th.
