Swedish extreme metallers DARK TRANQUILLITY have issued the following update:

"The rumours were true! We're very pleased to be able to officially confirm the following two shows in Russia."

Dates include:

December 1

8 - Club Tochka - Moscow, Russia
19 - Glavclub - St. Petersburg, Russia

Dark Tranquillity released their Where Death Is Most Alive set on October 26th in Europe. The set will be available November 17th in North America.

Germany's Metal Hammer has posted a new exclusive preview, including a personal introduction by vocalist Mikael Stanne. The footage is available here.

A new teaser track, 'The Wonders At Your Feet' (Live in Milan 2008), is available now at this location.

Where Death Is Most Alive contains a live show filmed in Milan, Italy in 2008, a 47-minute long documentary about the Swedish melodic death metal pioneers, plus tons of additional rare live footage and all promo clips.

Where Death Is Most Alive will be released as Ltd. Kingsize Mediabook 2DVD/2CD, 2DVD, 2CD and digital download. The audio formats consist of the main show’s material, mixed by the renowned Tue Madsen.
