SLAYER Hits The Canadian Top Ten With New Album!

SLAYER have entered the Canadian SoundScan Charts at #8! As reported earlier, the album entered the Billboard 200 at #12, selling 41,000 copies in the US in it's first week out.

Slayer's last album, Christ Illusion, hit #5 in the US in August 2006, improving on its previous highest charting album, Divine Intervention, which had debuted at #8 in 1994.

World Painted Blood will enter the German charts this Friday at #7. Other new positions include New Zealand at #16 and the UK at #41.
