Exclusive interview snippets from Rock ‘N’ Roll Books forthcoming re-issue of An Education In Rebellion: The Biography Of Nikki Sixx with longtime, legendary hard rock record producer Bob Rock (METALLICA) discussing his production on Dr. Feelgood, and his interactions specifically with Nikki heading in the studio, as well as with Sixx’s songwriting partner for the past decade and bandmate in SIXX:A.M., James Michael. Michael’s interview snippet includes the revelation that Hollywood Ending from MÖTLEY CRÜE’s 2000 New Tattoo LP was originally written for Duran Duran, and discussion of their writing process for a MEAT LOAF song, as well as for Mötley Crüe.
