Former QUIET RIOT Bassist Kelly Garni Unable To Perform AT Rhoadsfest 2009

Rhoadsfest 2009, a tribute concert in honor of late guitar legend Randy Rhoads (OZZY OSBOURNE, QUIET RIOT), is scheduled for December 6th at Whisky A Go Go in Los Angeles, CA.
Described as, "A celebration to the life of Randy Rhoads! This upcoming show will feature Kelle Rhoads (Randy's brother) with (tribute band) RHOADS TO OZZ."
According to The Metal Den, former QUIET RIOT bassist Kelly Garni, who was expected to perform at the event, will be unable to attend due to a previous engagement.
