VIOLENT STORM - led by bassist Mick Cervino (ex-YNGWIE MALMSTEEN/BLACKMORE'S NIGHT) - have issued the following update:

"Taking a break from the studio, Mick Cervino will play bass as guest of Texas based band VLP, for a benefit performance at The Bridge Homeless Center in Dallas, this Friday, December 19th, 2009 from 11 AM to 1 PM.

Violent Storm's new release has been pushed back to February 2010. Keep checking this space for updates!!!"

A previous update from the band reads: "We are very pleased to announce that Violent Storm just signed an exclusive agreement with international booking agency Storm Blaze Entertainment for the territories of Central and South America. Violent Storm is looking forward to a very long lasting relationship with SBE and expects to be touring Latin America in 2010 in support of Storm Warning as well as this winter's upcoming release."
