Rhoadsfest 2009, a tribute concert in honor of late guitar legend Randy Rhoads (OZZY OSBOURNE, QUIET RIOT), took place December 6th at Whisky A Go Go in Los Angeles, CA.
The show featured performances from tribute band RHOADS TO OZZ and guitarist MICHAEL ANGELO BATIO.
