As previously reported, Ibex Moon Records will release the new album from Brazilian death metallers HEADHUNTER DC, entitled God's Spreading Cancer..., on January 19th.

Vocalist Sérgio “Baloff” Borges comments: "I met John McEntee (INCANTATION frontman) when I went to the show of mighty Incantation in Recife, in 2001. After that we were honored to share the stage with them in Fortaleza, in 2003, and since then we kept the contact and developed a true death metal alliance, then we are glad and proud for having God's Spreading Cancer... released upon the North American deathmetallic masses through his mighty Ibex Moon Records, one of the greatest supporting labels for death metal musick in the world. This release will surely gave us even more strength to give continuity to our long saga, spreading the death cult word across the lands."

The band is currently in the final stages of writing songs for their next album, scheduled to be recorded in the first quarter of 2010, while finalizing the production of a double CD celebrating their 20 years only with rare materials of the group. Meanwhile, it is still awaited the re-issue of their second album Punishment At Dawn from ‘93 via Cogumelo Records, as well as a tribute to MORTEM from Peru for which the band will contribute with a cover of 'Summoned To Hell'.
