WHIPLASH - 25 Years Of Thrash DVD Quality HD Footage Available

Reactivated New Jersey thrashers WHIPLASH have uploaded a high quality video clip (see below) the first segment from the bands up-coming DVD entitled 25 years of thrash. The clip was shot at Mozart Studios in the band's hometown of Clifton, New Jersey and features Tony Portaro laying down rhythm guitar tracks for the song entitled 'Feeding Frenzy' with legendary producer Harris Johns at the helm (SODOM, SEPULTURA, HELLOWEEN).
According to the group the disc feature three brand new songs and will cover the true stories from band's history with Roadrunner Records and beyond, 1985-1990, 'Power And Pain', 'Ticket To Mayhem', 'Insult To Injury' The Massacre years, 1996-1998, 'Cult Of One', 'Sit Stand Kneel Prey'; 'Thrashback'." The package will include new & rare concert footage, photos, interviews and much more. "25 Years of Thrash" will take you back in time, hands on the mixing board in very raw setting as the band shares their experiences of the writing and recording of some of the best Whiplash albums released to date. 25 Years Of Thrash is set to release on an as-yet-undetermined record label.
Whiplash recently joined forces with From Mild to Wild Hot Sauce Shop to produce and release the first-ever thrash metal hot sauce line. The band says, "This moderate hot sauce should appeal to anyone with taste buds. It's been a favorite of ours for a long time and we're thrilled to be providing it under this label. Get 'em while they're hot!"
