MEGADETH Drummer Shawn Drover After NAMM - "I Swear To You I Feel Like I Have Been Beaten With A Baseball Bat"

MEGADETH drummer Shawn Drover has issued the following update:
"Woke up this morning in my nice cozy bed and I swear to you I feel like I have been beaten with a baseball bat. The NAMM show to me is three days of non stop insanity and I still could not get to do 50% of the things I really wanted to do. Of course, it was great fun in so many different ways and I look forward to going each year.I attended the Dean/Ddrum party on Friday night, to where myself, Dave and James jumped up and played 'Symphony' with our friend Steve Smyth (ex-NEVERMORE, TESTAMENT). (Thanks to Willie Gee for hooking that one up at the last minute) We had a good time and talked to a bunch of friends, etc. throughout the evening. All in all, a good time, but I am glad to be back home.
I jet off to Toronto on Wednesday to hang with my Mom, Glen and my siblings for one week, which of course will be great. With this unforeseen extended break in touring I thought now would be the perfect time to visit my my family. Plus, my kids keep bugging me to get them some Hostess Ketchup chips, so I figured I can kill two birds with one stone here."
