CANNIBAL CORPSE finished 2009 at an all-time high. The band headlined the Hot Topic Stage on the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Fest and released what has become one of their fastest selling albums to date. Evisceration Plague's title track was the first video the band completed; the next will be the brutal and lyrically graphic track, 'Priests Of Sodom'. The video will be available for fans to see online soon.

Bassist Alex Webster adds: "We had a great time working with Kevin Custer on the 'Priests Of Sodom' video, he was totally professional and really seemed to understand what to do with our music. He brought a lot of cool new ideas to the table, ideas that may very well make this our most intense video yet. We're all very psyched to see the final product".

'Priests Of Sodom''s lyrics can be read in the Vince Locke illustrated Cannibal Corpse Evisceration Plague 96 page graphic novel, which is still available in VERY limited quantities.

Evisceration Plague was Cannibal Corpse's highest career debut on the Billboard Top 200 at #66. The album also appeared at #7 on the Hard Music Chart, #22 on the Current Rock Albums Chart and #6 on the Record Label Independent Albums Chart. The album also debuted at #42 in Germany, which is also a career high.

Keep your eyes peeled for the video and tour updates.

The band recently checked in with the following update:

"We are getting ready to head down to South America for our headline tour. South America has always had KILLER shows and we can't wait to play there again. Make sure you get your tickets now, dates below!"
