MONGREL - New York City Show Announced

Aggressive punk/metal band, MONGREL will be making their first New York City appearance since their two May 2009 shows while on tour with punk legends FEAR. Mongrel will be playing at Uncle Mikes (57 Murray Street, NYC) on Saturday, March 6th, taking the stage at 8pm for their return appearance. The band will be showcasing a mix of material from their first full length Fear, Lies, & Propaganda as well as from their latest release Revenge and songs from their upcoming full length album This Means War which is in the final mixing stage and due out this spring. A final track listing and cover art is expected to be released in the coming month.
Mongrel parted ways with their label Screaming Ferret Wreckords this past fall and has since hooked up with Thom Hazaert at Loudside Artist Management as they explore the best options for the upcoming release. 'Butterknife Suicide', 'Point A Finger' and 'Scum' from the Revenge EP have been garnering radio play at commercial and college radio stations around the country and on the Music Choice and Sirius/XM networks in the last few months. Additionally their theme song for PFG-TV has additionally been getting weekly play on the new late night talk show format program on the MyTV network Saturday's at midnight.
