Perth Bars Gear For AC/DC Onslaught

According to Perthnow.com.au, Perth bars are preparing for the long-awaited AC/DC concert on Saturday, with one going to extremes to celebrate the Australian group's return to WA.
AC/DC's first show kicks off at 8.35pm at Subiaco Oval and to warm up the crowd, the Subiaco Hotel has been granted a license to turn its car park into The Bon Scott Bar. For one night only, the car park will be lit up and decked out to entice some of the 45,000 punters heading to the show.
“We thought we’d make the most of the big event,” The Subiaco Hotel marketing manager Bianca Monaghan said.
A DJ will play all the AC/DC back catalogue and latest hits and 20 extra staff have been put on to service fans. The Bon Scott Bar will be open from 4pm to 1am. Due to licensing issues, the hotel was unable to re-create the car park bar for Monday night’s show.
