DEW-SCENTED Finishing Recordings For Invocation; Shows In Portugal Announced For Late March

German thrashers DEW-SCENTED have issued the following update:
"So we are almost finished with the sessions for the new studio album, Invocation.What a heavy month!!! Not sure if we mentioned this before, but we actually did the old-school thing and entered a recording studio from start to finish of the session, so we have actually spent all of February working our asses off to record a total of 15 songs and some intro stuff at Soundlodge Studios with producer Jörg Uken and things went just great so far!
We recorded a ton of guitars and here you can see Martin and Michael tracking some of their parts (click image at left to enlarge).
We will have some more photo material as well as video clips from the studio available here soon.
In the meantime, we are happy to announce Dew-Scented’s return to Portugal for two shows at the end of March. We had an awesome ride the two last times we went over there and we again look forward to meeting old and new friends in beautiful and hopefully sunny Portugal!"
Invocation is expected to be released in Europe this May via Metal Blade Records.
