HECATE ENTHRONED On Advertised UK Tour - "This Is Not Happening"

British black metallers HECATE ENTHRONED have issued the following update:
"A UK Tour has been advertised without our authority for the summer, with us as headliners. This is not happening and although the tour was discussed with us we did not sign any contract or agreement to do it.The promoter changed and ignored certain conditions and we could not agree to terms with them so felt it was not a safe and viable option to do it. I believe some venues are still advertising this tour which we did not agree to, this is a mistake by the promoter and you should not buy tickets in advance for this if you believe you are going to be seeing Hecate Enthroned.
We appologize for any confusion but this was not done by us but by the promoter, against our instruction."
Another recent update from the group states: "Recording has now finished on the new album, Dean finished his vocals last weekend, where Nigel and Andy also finished off some final guitar work, leaving only the mixing and mastering to be done.
The mix down will begin very soon and the tracks are already sounding very big, very heavy and very epic.
Release will then depend on which label we sign with and as to when will be the most appropriate time for release. We will keep you informed on here with any progress made and how the new album is sounding. Artwork is being drawn up with a tentative album title of Virulent Rapture."
