1349 will set forth for an epic European tour this November, and bring the Aural Hellfire of chaos and darkness a step closer to your front porch. This will be the first tour of their new album Massive Cauldron Of Chaos, don’t miss this chance to watch this piece of hell unfold live.
The tyrants of darkness have not been impatient in their creation of new evil, and let their masterpiece grow into full vigor before unleashing it upon the world.
Statement from the band: “It is with great excitement that we present the Chaos Raids Europe tour. Not since 2005 have we done any proper tour in Europe, so it’s about time we get back in the saddle and offer our European fans some nights of unholy black metal. This tour marks the release of our brand new album Massive Cauldron Of Chaos and will feature several cuts from the album, blended with some good ol’classics from the rest of our catalogue. Prepare for the Aural Hellfire Legion to strike!”

Says 1349: "We entered the studio with an idea of putting everything that 1349 has ever been about into a cauldron, stir it well, and pour in some fresh ingredients - as well as some strange old ones - and come up with our most potent elixir ever. And we brought the spirit to match the ambitious attempt. Boil, boil, toil and trouble... Behold! We have made the most delightfully intoxicating and dangerous potion you can dream of. FEEL THE FIRE! And Hail Hell."
“It’s more direct and more profound than anything we’ve done before,” says drummer Kjetil-Vidar "Frost" Haraldstad (Satyricon) of the new album. "The darkness is even more menacing and there are deeper depths. On the other hand, it’s kicking a lot more, because it’s more alive – at least that’s how I experience it.”
