On March 26th, Tony Webster (ARCHETYPE singer) from The Metal Command radio show spoke with singer BLAZE BAYLEY (ex-IRON MAIDEN). The interview can be heard on the BraveWords.com player below:
Anna Di Laurenzio, the manager for Bayley issued the following road update a few hours ago:
"The band have now returned from the first leg of the European Tour (which has been absolutely fantastic) but the last gig of the tour (in Belgium yesterday) had to be cancelled at very short notice and we would like to apologize to fans who travelled to the gig and arrived to find it cancelled. We had no choice as Larry (Paterson; drums) was taken to hospital yesterday afternoon with severe blood inflamation and was kept in overnight. He is now back in the UK recovering.Larry struggled through the second Swiss gig and the two German shows but despite his fierce/stubborn! determination to soldier on, there was no way he could do the last gig in Belgium. Blaze and the rest of the band remained at the venue to personally let fans know why the gig had been cancelled. I will be rescheduling this gig for later in the year.
We wish him a speedy drumming recovery."
