Bay Area thrash legends HEATHEN spent this past weekend in Sacramento, California shooting a video for the song 'Dying Season', from their recently released The Evolution Of Chaos full-length.

The video was shot by Darin Wood, Christy Savage and Amy Slockbower of Trash Film Orgy Productions, a company that specializes in B-horror films. This is TFO's first foray into the metal video world. Also on the set was airbrush artist Alvin Petty, creator of Heathen's Victims Of Deception (1991) and Recovered (2004) album covers, as well as METALLICA's Creeping Death EP cover.

Though hesitant to give away too much, the band says the concept centers around a never ending war no one can win and features, among other things, soldiers and zombies. Vocalist David White plays the role of General for an added twist.

Check out more photos from the shoot here and here.

A video premiere will be announced in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for details.

The Evolution Of Chaos was released in the US on February 16th via Holland's Mascot Records and marks Heathen's first studio record in nearly 20 years. The band's current lineup includes David White (vocals), Lee Altus (guitar; Exodus), Kragen Lum (guitar; Prototype), Jon Torres (bass; Angelwitch) and returning members Darren Minter (drums).
