CIRCUS OF POWER Singer Forms New Project CAPTAIN ZAPPED

Singer Alex Mitchell from New York City-based hard rockers CIRCUS OF POWER and Billy Tsounis (UNCLE MAX, FAT NANCY) have been working on a new project together called CAPTAIN ZAPPED.
According to an update, there will be a new song posted on the Alex Mitchell MySpace page shortly.
The music has been described as "space pop", says COP's webmaster. "I have heard a couple tracks and it's very cool. It reminds me of 'Lost In Space' from the short lived CANDY PIGS project. Alex and Billy have an impressive body of work under their belts and I'm happy to see new music from this eccentric pairing."
