FIREBIRD - London Live Date Announced

British blues-rock power trio FIREBIRD have announced a new live date prior to their appearance at the Roadburn Festival in Holland on April 15th. The band will be playing a warm-up gig at South Of The Border on Old Street, London on Tuesday, April 13th alongside WOUNDED KINGS and TRIPPY WICKED.
Firebird will release Double Diamond in Japan via Double Diamond - Trooper Entertainment in July. The album was recorded at Arno Krabman's Graveland Studio in the Netherlands during January.
According to a band update, "musically it heralds a new chapter for the band, seeing Steer and Witt drawing inspiration from some of their earliest metal influences such as BUDGIE, TANK and FIST."
