The GLAAD Media Awards - which were created in 1990 by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) to "recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and the issues that affect their lives - were held last night (April 17th) at Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
According to Greg Hernandez from Hollywoodnews.com, ADAM LAMBERT closed the show by performing two songs. He was introduced by JUDAS PRIEST lead singer Rob Halford who said: “Thank God for Adam Lambert, we need someone like him in the community.”
