AC/DC's Brian Johnson To Write Songs For Doonby Indie Film

According to The Playlist, AC/DC's Brian Johnson is set to pen a few songs for the soundtrack for the forthcoming indie pic Doonby, which is being described as a cross between It's A Wonderful Life and Crazy Heart.
Starring John Schneider (Smallville, The Dukes Of Hazzard) and Robert Davi (Die Hard, License To Kill) the film follows "a mysterious stranger who takes a job as a singing bartender and always seems to be in the right place at the right time, a quality that inspires a dangerous level of envy from his new neighbors."
The film co-stars Joe Estevez, Jennifer O'Neill, Ernie Hudson and Jenn Gotzon, and mark the directorial debut of actor/writer Peter Mackenzie. Filming is set to begin next month in Austin.
