Nova Scotia’s Diminished Fifth Records has announced the tracklisting for their upcoming compilation album The Music Of Artisanship And War: Volume Three, which is scheduled for a summer release.

This is the third compilation album to be released by the label as they approach their four year anniversary this summer,. The compilation has a total of 21 songs.

Not only did the label have submissions open to East Coast bands for a chance to be on the album, but it also had a competition for East Coast artists to have their design used for the album artwork, which hundreds of fans voted for and chose. The winning submission was Nathan Collupy’s piece of artwork.

Josh Hogan (label owner) comments: "To say we are excited for volume three is an understatement! With every new compilation album we get exposed to more fantastic bands. The only actual downfall is selecting the bands to appear on the album."

The label received over 65 submissions for songs from various artists from around the East Coast, which were then narrowed down to 21 songs.
