IRON MAIDEN’s Final Show Of 2010 Announced For Valencia, Spain
April 29, 2010, 14 years ago
IRON MAIDEN will be rounding off the first leg of their Final Frontier World Tour with an exclusive show at the Valencia Auditorio Marina Sur in Spain on Saturday, August 21.
Located on Spain’s picturesque Mediterranean coastline, Valencia is one of Europe’s fastest growing cities. Historic yet also dynamic and modern with good transport links to all main Spanish and European hubs, it has recently hosted a number of prestigious international events including the Formula 1 European Grand Prix since 2009, and the 32nd America’s Cup in 2007. It was this latter event which prompted the reshaping of the inner basin of the port of Valencia, resulting in the recreational area of which Marina Sur now forms a part. Marina Sur is an outdoor venue situated right in the heart of this bustling city, north of the commercial port and along the beach Malvarrosa which boasts numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Given the attractive location and safe in the knowledge Valencia promises more than 300 days of sunshine each year - what better place for Maiden to host their final show of 2010!
A special guest will be announced soon.
Tickets on sale Friday April 30th at 10:00 am Spanish time (9am UK time) and are available from Ticketmaster.es or 902 150 025
