DARKSIDE Reunion Show Cancelled

The DARKSIDE reunion show planned for Austria's Night Of Rock Festival on July 30th has been cancelled due to personal issues between some members of the original line-up. It would not make sense to play a reunion show with only two original members in the line-up according to a band update. Here's the official statement by The Wolf, keyboardist and singer:
"Once more I have to comment a cancellation which I am really fed up with by now!!! I am really very sorry for this, but those issues are beyond my possibilities of taking action. I apologize to everybody who was looking forward to see this show and of course also to the organizers of the festival, but this is nothing I could have influenced or foreseen. As far as I am concerned, there won't be any further tries to establish this original line-up in any kind of form. Next year it will be 20 years that this band has been established and I will definitely come up with a good album to celebrate that. The new Darkside will arise once again!!! More details to be released soon, so please stay tuned and keep up the faith for Darkside. Thank you"
