STONE SOUR - "We Are Profoundly Saddened By The Loss Of Paul Gray"

STONE SOUR - the band featuring SLIPKNOT frontman Corey Taylor - have issued the following statement on the death of Slipknot bassist Paul Dedrick Gray, who was found dead at a hotel near the group's home town of Des Moines, Iowa, on Monday, May 24th.
"We are profoundly saddened by the loss of Paul Gray. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and his brothers in Slipknot. Paul was a true talent and just a great person to be around. We join the millions around the world expressing our intense grief over this loss. We’ll miss you, Paul."Paul Gray was 38. A spokesman for the nearby Urbandale Police Department said there was no evidence of foul play, but the investigation is ongoing. An autopsy, including toxicology tests, is scheduled to be done today.
