Sweden’s THE HAUNTED have just kicked off an intense string of touring this week as main support act for the almighty SLAYER and have now also added two shows with SOULFLY in Germany in June in support of their live DVD/CD, Road Kill.

The band comments: "We are now 2 shows into the Slayer tour - and it totally rocks! We are being treated really great by Slayer and their crew, and our shows so far has been awesome. In other news, we just confirmed two more shows supporting Soulfly, see dates below. This is gonna be one brutal summer, see you all on the shows!"

Road Kill has not only entered the national sales charts in Sweden at #29 (album charts) and Finland at #3 (DVD charts) upon release, but also received great media acclaim for its in-depth, very unique “on the road movie” documentary as well as for the intense recording of The Haunted's current and up-to-date live set (captured in Amsterdam’s Melkweg on February 13th, 2009). Road Kill is available both as DVD+CD (The DVD is approx. 130 min. and the CD being 74 min. makes this combo-format a total of +3 massive hours of playing time!) in kingsize jewel case packaging as well as special-priced stand-alone CD (jam-packed with 74 min. playing time!).
