MEGADETH - "The Best Is Yet To Come"

MEGADETH's Dave Mustaine has issued the following update:
"Today is a travel day and we are all slowly, but surely moving on to our local airports this morning to start what could very well be the equivalent of our artistic and performing climax. So far...We are heading off with more great things on our horizon than at any time I can ever remember, and I do remember. Still, I don’t want to miss a second of what is coming up in these next two months, which could be what I would call, 'my musical nirvana.'
Over the last two months I have streamlined some things in the land of all things Mega, and made some necessary improvements out on the Killing Road too. I looked at several other projects and distractions that I needed to debride, that were just taking all of my time and there were absolutely zero benefits to me, my family, or to Megadeth, so I chose my family and Megadeth.
That is the purpose of this update. I want to say thanks to my wonderful family for the most amazing two weeks at home and I can’t wait to see you guys in Europe.
Justis, congratulations on graduating from High School! You have made me so proud, and I can’t wait to see what is next in your life. We are going to have a blast with all of your Dad’s European friends this summer! And there are a lot of ‘em!
And to my family of Droogs, this is going to be one hell of a year coming up, mark my words! I am so pumped about this year so far, and the best is yet to come!
I have to go pack now, and spend time with my family before they leave for school and I have to say goodbye to Pam, and get in the limo.
