STREETLIGHT CIRCUS (formerly DAVID SHAW & THE ROUND TRIP) have issued the following update from David Shaw:

It's been a while but there is finally news in the Streetlight Circus camp. Thanks to all who have been sticking with us and asking us when we will be in motion again!

First, we can now announce that the band will be hitting the stage again and debuting songs from our forthcoming CD. We will be sharing a bill with FASTER PUSSYCAT, LA GUNS and JOHN CORABI at The Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale, NY on Saturday, August 7th. We hit the stage at 7 pm sharp. We have discount tickets for sale. From us they are only $20. At the door the tickets are $30. Second, Streetlight Circus is competing to open for KISS at the Nikon Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, NY in August. It's a competition sponsored by Guitar Center. We need your support.
