The following is a statement from INCANTATION/Ibex Moon Records founder, John McEntee:

Ibex Moon Records is now working with Abyss Records for all our online orders. We decided that this would be the best decision to give people a best service possible.

Abyss Records has a great reputation in the underground for many years. They are also well known for their quick service and customer satisfaction. Besides that Dan Ferguson, the owner of Abyss Records, has been a friend of mine for over 20 years and has always stuck true himself.

Ibex Moon Records over the last year or so has been growing at a enormous rate so we decided this was the appropriate next step with this partnership. Starting immediately Ibex Moon Records will be concentrating more on our releases and artist development and all new online orders will be directed to the Abyss Records website.

I would like to take this time to thank everybody that has helped make Ibex Moon records one of the most important death metal labels worldwide. Our future looks great and we look forward to bringing you some best new death metal talent along with some amazing classic reissues.

We are also very proud to announce that Lilith from Lilith's Vault is now the official West Coast representative for Ibex Moon records. She will be vending at shows and festivals throughout the West Coast and will be carrying all the Ibex Moon titles. Lilith will also be handling direct sales to West Coast stores, distros, etc. We are happy to have her as part of the Ibex Moon family.

All orders placed before June 9th, 2010 will be handled by Ibex Moon records. After the June 9th, 2010 will be exclusively handled by Abyss Records.
