The Sonisphere cinecast from the Sofia, Bulgaria leg of the touring rock festival was seen by more than 100,000 fans, promoter Stuart Galbraith told Billboard.com recently.
In September, a DVD/Blu-Ray package will be released showcasing the entire event including two hours of Metallica and one hour each of SLAYER, MEGADETH, ANTHRAX and the legendary 'Am I Evil?' jam. The two-disc set will contain backstage footage.
