THE ACACIA STRAIN, have launched the second video documenting the strange happenings which occurred after the recording of their new album, Wormwood, which is due out July 20th on Prosthetic Records. This time around, we find out about the strange surgery bassist Jack Strong recently underwent. Watch it below:

The band recently confirmed the appearance of three guest vocalists on Wormwood; HATEBREED's Jamey Jasta, 100 DEMONS' Bruce LePage and Kyle Chard of BORN LOW. Wormwood was recorded at Planet Z Studios in Hadley, MA with Zeuss (Hatebreed, CHIMAIRA, SHADOWS FALL) handling producing, mixing and mastering. The track 'Jonestown' is now available as a digital single at iTunes. You can stream 'Jonestown' and pre-order Wormwood, at the Prosthetic webstore. Wormwood is available on CD and LP in six different colors, and can be ordered on its own, or in a variety of different package combinations with shirts, hooded sweatshirts, in limited collectors' boxes (featuring an exclusive banner, pin and chip clip!) and more! Newbury Comics is offering copies signed by the band through pre-order and retailer FYE will be giving away an exclusive 24" by 36" poster to the first 5000 people who purchase the album in stores.

The Acacia Strain will be participating in Cool Tour in July/August with AS I LAY DYING, UNDEROATH, BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME, BLESSTHEFALL, ARCHITECTS, CANCER BATS and WAR OF AGES.
