Newcomers MALRUN Sign With Mighty Music

Mighty Music has announced the signing of Danish newcomers MALRUN.
Malrun released their first EP, Longest Road To Rome, in 2007. The following year they released the second and Tue Madsen-produced EP Beyond, for which they received high, domestic acclaim.
In June 2009 things started shaping up for Malrun, who was handpicked as local support for STAIND. Here they proved that their special brand of metal and rock works perfect in front of big audiences.
Earlier this year the band played SPOT, an important, international showcase festival in Denmark.
Finally the band is ready to release their debut album, Beauty In Chaos, produced, mixed and mastered by none other than Jacob Hansen (VOLBEAT, PRETTY MAIDS, DESTRUCTION). Together Jacob and the band have created a world class combination of energetic metal and catchy rock melodies in vocals as well as guitars.
To celebrate the signing, Malrun is giving away the track 'Ostracized' thru BandCamp.com, and right now you can stream the album's first single, 'Rise From Sorrow', at this location.
Beauty In Chaos will be released in Denmark on August 9th, and in the rest of Europe during fall 2010.
