ROUGH SILK Ink Deal With Rock It Up Records

German metal band ROUGH SILK will release their eighth studio album via their new deal with Rock It Up Records in 2011. More news about the follow-up to 2009's A New Beginning will be revealed soon.
Frontman Ferdy Doernberg recently released his new solo album, Travelling Light, via Rebellion-Records. The singer/guitarist/keyboardist describes the material as "singer/songwriter album with a lot of slide guitar, with more jazz-influences." Guests include Johnny Gioeli (AXEL RUDI PELL) and Sabina Classen (HOLY MOSES).
