THE PROPHECY To Host Three Gigs For NOMAD SON

UK metallers THE PROPHECY have issued the following update:
"All's been quiet from us since our trip over to China but rest assured we've been working hard on writing for the next album. There's still
lots more writing to do but we have a positive start with a very dark sound.
Coming up we have Derby's Bloodstock Festival. We will be playing on Sunday, August 15th.
Just confirmed - The Prophecy will be hosting three gigs for Maltease doom mongers NOMAD SON in February, 2011.
Formed in 2006 with links to well known Maltease doom band FORSAKEN, the band bring a mixture of doom and groove with vibes of CANDLEMASS, PENTAGRAM and TROUBLE.
On the live front the band have performed at Germany's Doom Shall Rise Festival, BSR Festival in Portugal and warm up shows at Headbangers Open Air as well as extensive tours across Europe.
Recognised at the 2009 MFCC music awards in Malta, the band's second album, The Eternal Return, was released last month.
All dates will also have support from Wakefield's IRON VOID.
