VICIOUS RUMORS - European Tour Dates Announced, Carl Albert Tribute Show Announced

"Metal legends VICIOUS RUMORS announces a new European Tour, starting up with a warm up gig at the Avalon Ballroom in Santa Clara, then off to tear through Europe with its legendary live performances. A list of upcoming shows can be seen here and new dates are pending confirmations.Vicious Rumors are back in the studio recording there 10Th studio CD. Geoff Thorpe and the band have 12 new crushing tracks and will unleash the new album early next year 2011. VR is recording at trident studios in N.California. The CD will be produced by Geoff Thorpe and Juan Urteaga.
Special guest Eric Peterson (TESTAMENT / DRAGONLORD) and Brad Gillis (NIGHT RANGER / OZZY OSBOURNE) will all burn insane guitar solos along with Geoff and Kiyoshi . Brian Allen has been confirmed on lead vocals with Larry Howe, Stephen Goodwin and Kiyoshi Morgan completing the line up.
VR will perform at the TMT Metal festival at the Orange county speedway in Middle town NY on Sept. 24-26 2010 and will headline a European tour from October 9th to November 13th 2010. VR will co-headline the Keep It True Festival in Germany in April 2011 with a special tribute to Carl Albert featuring Kevin Albert on vocals (Carl's Son) and past members. For over 30 years Vicious Rumors continues to be one of the American power metal giants. Soaring vocals, monster guitars, killer solos, thunder for drums and bass. The best is yet to come!"
