St. Louis-based black metallers HARKONIN today released their fourth album. Entitled Detest, the album features over 64 minutes of new music.

"We are very happy to finally be able to share the fruits of our labor with everyone," says drummer Clayton Gore. "It has been four years,

almost to the day, since we release new music. Detest has essentially been in the works for about three of those years. I know everyone says this, but it is truly our strongest, most musically refined release. We've gone through a lot of changes in the last four years and this album reflects that. We've also recently added a second guitarist (Scott Fogelbach) that we are very happy with. Having the second guitarist really enables us to bring the full scope of our dual guitar parts to the live setting. We hope to see many of you on the road as soon as possible."

Detest was recorded at Firebrand Studios in St. Louis and mixed and mastered by Jarrett Pritchard, who also played a guest lead on the song 'Spiritual Hypnosis'. Gorgoroth of BALTAK lends his mighty voice to additional vocals on the track 'Black Storm Jackals'.

Detest is released on Battlegod Productions and is available via Twilight-Vertrieb, Plastic Head, The End Records, iTunes, and all the

usual outlets.

Tracklisting is as follows:

'Into Oblivion'

'Ruled By Tyrants'

'Chaos Anthem'

'Insurrection'

'The Sleeper Has Awakened'

'Black Storm Jackals'

'Spiritual Hypnosis'

'Exhauster Of Souls'

'Disease'

'Detest'
