VANDEN PLAS Announce Special Jesus Christ Superstar/Christ O Event In October

German progressive metallers VANDEN PLAS have issued the following updates:
"A very special event will take place on October 24th at the Pfalztheater in Kaiserslautern, Germany: Vanden Plas & Friends present a best of from the musicals in which they participated in the past - from Jesus Christ Superstar to Christ O!Andy Kuntz and Günter Werno will again perform together as Piano Soul Bar in Kaiserslautern at the Bremerhof on September 16 (19:00, together with BURDETTE BECKS).
A video for the song 'Holes In The Sky' is being produced at the moment. We hope to have it ready in September!
Stephan Lill just recorded the final guitar parts for the fifth album of IAN PERRY'S CONSORTIUM PROJECT (click photo left to enlarge). Ian is now working on the final touches for the album, together with Marcus Teske (Bazement Studios). The album is called Species and will be released in early 2011."
