BBC Radio 1’s Rock Show, hosted by Daniel P Carter, will be exclusively premiering the brand new single from ARCHITECTS, entitled 'Day In Day Out', on Monday, August 30th from midnight to 2 AM. Don’t fret if you can’t stay up that late or aren’t based in the UK, you can still hear the new single and show online for the following week at this location.

The digital single 'Day In Day Out', due to be released on September 27th via all digital platforms, will be the first single to be taken from the band’s eagerly awaited new, Steve Evetts produced, album The Here And Now, which is due to hit the shelves in early 2011

Architects singer Sam Carter comments on the new release: "‘Day In Day Out’ is going to be our first single and will also be the opening track and the perfect introduction to our new album. Lyrically it touches on a running theme through the album which is basically our lives and the way we lead them. We spend a lot of time away from home to do what we do and it doesn't always feel like it’s worth it. The song is questioning what we do, but it is also very positive and is about keeping your head up even when things aren't going your way. Parts of our new record will definitely surprise some people, but I think this song has more familiar aspects of Hollow Crown whilst still showing glimpses of where we've taken our song writing on the new record.”

Architects will embark on more touring just a few days after the release of 'Day In Day Out', first will be their UK headlining tour with NORMA JEAN and labelmates DEVIL SOLD HIS SOUL which will be followed by another North American run alongside ATREYU, BLESS THE FALL, CHIODOS and ENDLESS HALLWAY. Soon after they will head back to Australia.

Architects' live itinerary can be found at this location.
