Century Media's recent progressive metal signings TESSERACT will release a limited edition EP, Concealing Fate, on October 12th.

Concealing Fate is available for pre-order now via Century Media's US web-store, CM Distro. International fans will have to wait until September 12th to order, and will also have to use their Paypal accounts to do so. There will be an announcement in the next week regarding EU orders.

Says the band, "Concealing Fate is where TesseracT began. A 27 minute exploration of where we were, where we are, and where we're aiming to be. So, it's fitting that we release it, in it's entirety as a stand alone piece. We can't thank Century Media enough for the opportunity they have given us to release Concealing Fate in this format. It's funny because Acle wrote Epiphany (Part 5) first, and we kind of wrote backwards from there. And the first thing that we did with Dan was 20 Seconds Of Origin (Part 6). But, it somehow all fits together, and seems to have a purpose and sense of direction.

We enjoy playing the whole thing through from start to finish, and to be honest it kind of feels odd when we don't. So, sit back and enjoy the ride!"

TesseracT are to support THE DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT on both the East and West coast legs of his North American tour this October and November. This follows a UK tour in September with dates including the Basick Records Birthday Party and the Big Finger Festival. The band end the year performing at the Great India Rock festival - a three day travelling event which sees the band playing in Pune, Delhi and Bangalore.

This is what the band had to say about their touring plans this fall: “Along with our own shows this autumn in the UK and India, we’re delighted to be tagging along with Devin Townsend on his headline tour across the US and Canada this autumn.
