PUTERAEON Part Ways With Guitarist, Announce Replacement
September 9, 2010, 14 years ago
PUTERAEON have parted ways with guitarist Hasse Sörensson. A band statement from vocalist/guitarist Jonas Lindblood reads as follows:
"We are sad to announce that we have parted ways with our guitarist Hasse. Due to both distance and lack of time we will now go our separate ways. This will have NO impact on the upcoming album and we wish Hasse the best of luck in the future! Cheers bro!
But if there is ONE country in the world, where there are living more musicians than 'normal' people, then it must be Sweden, and so it's not really surprising, that the boys came back with a replacement news.
We are very proud to present our new guitarist, in extreme short notice since Hasse Sörensens departure from the band. The new guy was in Swedish old-school cult band EXEMPT and he has since then played with bands like AGGRO and RECLUSION. Puteraeon are proud to welcome our new guitarist Rune Foss into the deformed family that is the band. Now let's start rotting!”
Puteraeon entered Studio Decay with D.K. (TAETRE) in late July 26th to begin recording the band's upcoming Cyclone Empire release, The Esoteric Order.
The band rehearsed the following songs for The Esoteric Order:
'Storms Over The Devil's Reef'
'Coma'
'Whispers Of The Dead'
'Into The Deep'
'Re-Animation'
'Graverobber'
'The Plague'
'Castle Of Despair'
'The Extraordinary Work Of Herbert West'
'Experience Zombiefication'
'Dead Once More'
'The Innsmouth Insanity'
'The End Of All'
