BILLY IDOL / CAMP FREDDY Guitarist Billy Morrison Comments On Upcoming Matthew Ashman Tribute Show - "One Night Only, And We Will Not Be Touring This"

BILLY IDOL / CAMP FREDDY guitarist Billy Morrison has checked in with the following update:
"There is a short interview with me on Adam-Ant.Net at the moment, describing why I am organizing the Matthew Ashman show in London in November. I need to repeat myself again here - I am being asked every day if we will do this in New York/LA/France/Germany blah blah blah. This will be a one-off show. One night only, and no we will not be touring this. So please understand, if you were a fan of Matthew, or into the Ants/BOW WOW WOW and the CHIEFS OF RELIEF, then this is the only night. Tickets go on sale in three days, on September 17th, and all profit will be donated to Diabetes UK Charity. The show will feature many of the original members of all three bands, including Annabella Lwin and Leigh Gorman from Bow Wow Wow, who are flying in from America to do this show.I'd like to thank everyone involved for making this possible - when I started on this idea, I had no idea the strength of support that I would receive - so lets all make it a great night. We plan on having a few guests jumping up and playing a song or two, and Adam will be performing the end portion of the set."
Matthew Ashman, guitarist for ADAM AND THE ANTS and BOW WOW WOW, died at age 35 in London, UK on November 21st, 1995 due to diabetes-related complications.
