Popular Mexican acoustic guitar duo RODRIGO Y GABRIELA (pictured at left), who also contributed a performance to the DEATH ANGEL track 'Claws In So Deep', recently commented on the Bay Area thrash legends new album Relentless Retribution.

“The album is fantastic,” commented Gabriela. “It brings back the magic that metal used to have back in the days. Most bands lost it along the way and the new bands can't find that magic at all, but Death Angel has that magic! Also great musicianship and their individual playing is first-class! Viva el metal!”

Death Angel have uploaded the tracks 'Truce' and 'River Of Rapture' to their MySpace page. The songs are from their latest record, Relentless Retribution, which was released on September 14th in North America.

Death Angel will embark on their first North American headlining tour in support of their new album Relentless Retribution in early 2011. Joining them are LAZARUS A.D., EARLY MAN, BONDED BY BLOOD, and HEXEN. Reduced service charge tickets are now available through EnterTheVault.com. On sale at all other major ticketing services after September 25, 2010. Meet and greet packages will go on sale September 25th as well.
