New video footage of ALICE COOPER in the studio with Bob Ezrin (PINK FLOYD, KISS) writing for a new record can be viewed on FaceBook here.
Copper and the living members of the original ALICE COOPER BAND - drummer Neal Smith, bassist Dennis Dunaway, guitarist/keyboardist Michael Bruce and the newly revealed Welcome To My Nightmare guitarists Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner - began working on a new album this summer with producer Bob Ezrin as part of a new joint venture with Bigger Picture Group. Ezrin has a rich history of hugely successful collaborations with Alice including such groundbreaking albums as Billion Dollar Babies, Welcome To My Nightmare, School’s Out and Love It To Death and has, in the past, been described by Alice as “our George Martin.”
BraveWords.com spoke with original Alice Cooper Band drummer Neal Smith this past week about the new collaboration with Ezrin and the band being nominated into the Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Fame. Read the entire interview here.
Inductees into the Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Fame will be announced in December, and the 26th annual induction ceremony will be held on March 14 at the Waldorf-Astoria in Manhattan, NY. Artists become eligible for nomination 25 years after the release of their first single or album, and the awards are voted on by more than 500 music professionals.
