DEF LEPPARD guitarist Phil Collen was guest on US radio/television personality Eddie Trunk's Friday Night Rocks show (on New York's Q104) this past Friday, October 15th.

Trunk recaps the interview: "We talked about all his bands and some in depth discussion about the early days of Def Lep, the Slang album, and if there will ever be another heavy Leppard album. Phil did say he feels pretty sure the next CD, due next year, will be the most edgy in a long time. Let's hope for a harder Leppard CD next year and if you missed MAN RAZE check it out. The CD is called Surreal and is a mix of hard rock and edgy punk with Phil singing as well. This interview also had some real funny moments and you can catch it all on audio and video in a week"
