HELIX - Recordings For Smash Hits Unplugged Complete, Video Footage Available

HELIX mainman Brian Vollmer has issued the following update:
"This week we finished off the recording for Smash Hits Unplugged. The last things to be recorded were Kaleb’s end leads on 'Deep Cuts The Knife' and 'Wild In The Streets', and Cheryl Lescom’s backing vocals on 'The Kids Are All Shakin’'. Everyone is excited at the result. We hope to have everything mixed by Wednesday at the latest, as the CD then has to go to Toronto to be mastered. While the recording has been going on, Matt from Baby Jack Design (the same company that put together the Vagabond Bones cover) has been working on the Smash Hits Unpluggedcover. We have several companies looking at distributing this disc, hopefully one that will get us into Canadian Walmart stores."Check out a clip from the acoustic sessions below.
