MÖTLEY CRÜE's Vince Neil Details Fight Over Feelgood’s, Tattoo Shop In The Rio

According to Robin Leach Lasvegasweekly.com, MÖTLEY CRÜE's Vince Neil hopes a federal court order today will end his association with Feelgood’s Rock Bar and Grill here so that the current operators can no longer use his trademark and then he can open his own Feelgood’s. Vince, who lives in Las Vegas, said in an exclusive interview that he’s owed hundreds of thousands of dollars and that the financial problems have spread to his tattoo parlor in The Rio that was managed by the same partner.
Vince told Leach: “The problem actually started in August, right around the first anniversary of the club, because at the end of the year, I was out a lot of money. I didn’t take a cent to give the club a year to get on its feet. Normally, I would have been paid an upfront licensing fee and shared in profits. But when the year came around, my partner decided he didn’t want to be involved in the club anymore. So he brought in new managing partners.
Then all of a sudden I was out, they were trying to take over the club without me and without paying me. My attorneys immediately sent them a cease and desist letter to them. They informed me that they now owned Feelgood’s! I said that’s impossible because I own the federal trademark.”
